Keep circling around the Hive until you reach the lift. The first room that you will come across has the Insect Hive request inside. There are some Novistadors camouflaged right in the middle of the pathways so be alert. Great.ĭrop down the ledges and follow the path up ahead. You'll now need to circle around the area to get to this lift that's almost within reach. After hopping off (literally), follow the path to the lift where the bridge will collapse. This ride takes you to the Hive area of the mines. You can use the same strategy on this second trip, but make sure to prioritize taking out the Chainsaw Man that will try to hack your cart apart. Hop off at the end point and follow the path up to the next minecart. Use the infinite ammo Red9 to shoot them down. Ganados will also join the ride and shoot arrows at you. Watch out for wooden boards along path too and quickly shoot them off to keep the cart from getting damaged.
Further up the path, you will find a minecart that you and Luis can ride to get to the next area.ĭuring the ride, pay attention to each turn and lean towards the direction where the cart is turning to to avoid falling off. How to Beat Dos Gigantes Ride Through the MinesĪfter the fight, give Luis a boost so he can enter the locked room through a hole and open it from the inside. You can also try to lure it at the center before stunning it (by dealing sufficient damage on the plaga) and opening the hatch again to drop the armored Gigante into the lava. Now for the armored one, wait for Luis to grab another Dynamite from somewhere in the area and stick it on the giant's back.īlow up the dynamite with a bullet to reveal the plaga on its back, which you can shoot to finally deal damage on the giant. They both behave the same as a typical Gigante, but since the other one is armored, it will be tough to take it down with just your weapons.įirst off, you can take out the unarmored Gigante normally or open the hatch at the center of the room using the nearby console. The boss fight will commence after interacting with the vent that leads to the Blast Furnace.
